WED, JAN 27: In preparation for our Zoom session (https://learnonline.unca.edu/course/view.php?id=8997#section-1), please complete the following (before class!):
- Read this linked essay by Paul Lynch, “The Sixth Paragraph: A Re-Vision of the Essay,” from the book, Writing Spaces: Readings on Writing, vol. 2, pp. 286-301.
- Using Google Drive’s comment feature, highlight and comment on aspects of the essay that you find helpful for understanding it (such as “this may be the main idea” or “this comment really clarified Lynch’s idea that…”) OR elements that you find confusing.
FRI, JAN 29: Please complete the following asynchronous tasks by 5 pm:
